Job brief

Responsible for driving business development for egg-laying poultry farm solutions by identifying market opportunities, developing strong customer and partner relationships, and securing new sales contracts. The role oversees contract execution, supports project delivery and receivables collection, gathers market intelligence to inform sales strategies, and coordinates marketing activities to strengthen FAMSUNs brand presence in the region.

Responsibilities

    • Negotiate business, sign high-quality contracts, and complete newly signed tasks;
    • Follow up on contract fulfillment progress, assist in project delivery, and collect receivables;
    • Develop and maintain marketing channels, including agents, client visits, industry consultants, and government agencies, to identify business opportunities;
    • Gain market insights: Gather and analyze market information on customer needs, competitor trends, and major competitors to support marketing planning;
    • Plan marketing activities, such as media promotions, exhibitions, training sessions, and observation sessions, to enhance Company's brand influence in the region.

    • Negotiate business, sign high-quality contracts, and complete newly signed tasks;

    Requirements

    • Bachelors degree in Animal Science, Agriculture, Agricultural/Mechanical Engineering, Agribusiness, Marketing, or a related field.
    • Minimum 5 years of sales or business development experience in the poultry industry, particularly in layer farming, poultry equipment, or integrated poultry solutions.
    • Strong network with egg producers, commercial layer farms, feed mills, and poultry industry stakeholders in Egypt; government or industry association connections are an advantage.
    • Solid understanding of egg-laying poultry farm operations, production systems, and poultry equipment or farm infrastructure.
    • Experience working with poultry equipment suppliers, poultry integrators, or agribusiness companies; exposure to large-scale commercial layer farm projects is preferred.
