The Marketing Manager – Agriculture is responsible for leading the organization, management, and implementation of market insight initiatives and specialized research projects. This role ensures the company leverages accurate market information to support regional development, business expansion, and strategic decision-making. Key responsibilities include:

Responsibilities

  • Organize, manage, and implement annual market insights and major specialized research projects.
  • Collect, verify, and apply market information to establish effective mechanisms and principles suited for regional growth.
  • Provide guidance, training, and consulting on market insight initiatives in line with company objectives.
  • Support business development by integrating market insights into strategy and project decision-making.
  • Plan and coordinate international and regional marketing activities, enhancing brand awareness, recognition, and reputation.
  • Oversee other marketing tasks as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree or above in English, International Trade, Mechanical Manufacturing, Agriculture, or related fields.
  • Fluent in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing); able to use English as the working language.
  • At least 2 years of experience in market insight and research analysis, preferably in international agriculture, animal husbandry, or mechanical processing industries.
  • Strong interpersonal, coordination, and business development skills.
  • Proactive, strategic thinker with excellent execution and problem-solving capabilities
  • Overseas work or study experience is a plus.
  • Willingness to undertake irregular overseas business trips.
